Hwayoung is no longer T-ara member today, but it is undoubtedly that T-ara made this pretty girl famous today and many people still call her Hwayoung T-ara. Born with name Ryu Hwa Young, she is better known as Hwayoung. It is very common for Korean girl-band member to have stage name in single word. Hwayoung was born at April 22, 1993 in Gwangju. Hwayoung has twin sister Ryu Hyo Young. Hwayoung is the younger. She was joining the label Core Contents Media with her twin and become a member of T-ara at July 2010, while her twin becomes a member of Coed School. She is the seventh member of T-ara that time. She joined T-ara for about two years until the incident happen and turned her life upside down.

The story start when Hwayoung leg was injured after Budokan Concert in Japan at July 22, 2012 and she must use wheelchair for a while. At July 25 and 26, T-ara held independent concert and Hwayoung was performed but some members tweet an issue of determination and commitment level inside the group. Although the tweet did not mention any name, but people believed, it was for bullying Hwayoung since the member felt inconvenient with Hwayoung injury. After the bullying issue, Hwayoung contract with the Core Contents Media was terminated at July 30, 2012. No one knows what will happen to her future and the fans only pray for her best.
