Derek Dressler joined the company’s management team a few months ago as senior vice president of sales based in Chicago, and Jermaine Clifford recently relocated to the company’s Atlanta office as a strategic sales specialist. Both have strong backgrounds in the incentives industry and will use their experience to help promote sales growth for Virtual Incentives.

Derek Dressler has worked in the corporate incentive and consumer promotion industry for more than 15 years and, as senior vice president of sales, he is responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals. Dressler is a certified incentive and recognition professional (as designated by Incentive Marketing Association and Recognition Professionals International) and has sold multi-million dollar global solutions to leading companies in the technology, automotive, retail, market research and F&I industries. Before joining Virtual Incentives, Dressler held senior level positions and led teams of sales professionals in the incentives technology industry and more. He holds a degree from University of Illinois and is based in Chicago.

Jermaine Clifford has spent the last 10 years working in the travel incentive industry and in his new role with Virtual Incentives he will use his experience to develop and implement sales strategies and activities.

Throughout his career he has worked in various capacities including selling, fulfilling and supporting incentives for companies in the timeshare, retail, financial and automotive industries. He is dedicated to creating partnerships that ensure his clients maximize the impact incentives have on marketing and acquisition. After many years of living in South Florida, Clifford is now located in Atlanta.
