Denver law firm, Moye White LLP, announced a merger with Franke Greenhouse, with all seven attorneys from Franke Greenhouse, including three partners and four associates, joining Moye White

 
Denver, CO, United States, September 10, 2013 -- Denver law firmMoye White LLP announced that it had welcomed to its ranks the seven attorneys of Franke Greenhouse, led by partners Paul Franke III, Charles Greenhouse and Jennifer Stenman.

The three partners are joined by associates Stephanie Loughner, Bethany Johnson, Ryan Donlon and Beth Robinson, as well as paralegals Michelle Cole and Lisa Kaiser-Byrd.

Collectively, the Franke Greenhouse lawyers and paralegals will expand Moye White’s practice in the areas of commercial litigation, oil and gas, title insurance, real estate, telecommunications, health care and employment.

Paul R. Franke, III, partner: Paul has been assisting clients in finding solutions to complex financial problems for the past 30 years. As a trial attorney, he specializes in complex financial litigation. Paul has a wealth of experience in commercial and contractual disputes as well as in banking and real estate cases, where he has represented a variety of commercial clients including corporations, insurance companies, savings banks, commercial and national banks, mortgage companies, limited liability companies and partnerships. Prior to founding Franke Greenhouse, Paul spent 17 years at Hall & Evans, where he was a partner and chair of the firm’s commercial litigation group. Paul has a distinguished record of community service and civic leadership and is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees, Mile High United Way.

Charles Greenhouse, partner: Charlie’s practice focuses on real estate and oil and gas title-related matters. He represents title companies and underwriters in claims litigation which involves a broad scope of real estate issues, including mechanic’s liens, construction defect, boundary disputes, and adverse possession. He represents oil and gas companies in preparation of oil and gas title opinions, oil and gas leasing and other contractual matters. Charlie also represents financial institutions and other institutional clients in commercial litigation related to distressed real estate and personal property loans, including foreclosures, receiverships, collection and loan work out issues. He is experienced in the procedural matters that arise in bankruptcy and practices before the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado and in a number of other Districts.

Jennifer L. Stenman, partner: Jennifer concentrates her practice on commercial real estate, including leasing, lease enforcement, acquisition, disposition, easements, licensing and financing. Jennifer also provides legal services for oil and gas companies by preparing oil and gas title opinions, including drilling title opinions and division order title opinions. Her clients include property owners, developers, property management companies, brokers, receivers and energy companies. She has considerable experience in the area of creditor's rights and bankruptcy. Jennifer serves as President of the Board of Directors of CREW Denver, an organization that strives to increase the power and influence of women in commercial real estate.

Stephanie D. Loughner, associate: Stephanie's practice focuses on real estate, employment and corporate matters. In her real estate and general business practice she represents local corporations, banks, developers, real estate investors, landlords, property managers, HOAs, mortgage companies and larger institutional clients. She works with her clients in compliance, business transactions, contract disputes and collections. Stephanie's employment and labor practice involves counseling clients through employment, partnership agreements and disputes such as wage claims, non-competes and defamation.

Bethany A. Johnson, associate: Beth's practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate, real property and telecommunications matters. She represents commercial property owners and property management companies in landlord/tenant matters, as well as corporate clients in breach of contract, real estate, title insurance, and construction disputes. Beth has successfully represented clients in a variety of real estate and banking related appellate matters. She serves on the Board of CREW Denver as Director of Community Affairs.

Ryan C. Donlon, associate: Ryan's practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional commercial dispute resolution. He litigates and arbitrates national and international transactions relating to the telecommunications, energy, insurance, and banking sectors, among others. Ryan also has extensive experience litigating large environmental and natural resource disasters against private and governmental interests and has briefed and argued multiple appeals, including an amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice law as an attorney in California and Colorado and as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Beth F. Robinson, associate: Beth's practice primarily focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation matters and employment litigation. She has represented large companies in complex litigation, including contract disputes and product liability. Beth represents management and employers in labor and employment discrimination claims. She also advises and counsels on all aspects of workforce management, including collective bargaining agreements with unions, Reduction-In-Force notices and layoffs, and FMLA and other policies required by state and federal law. Beth is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri.
