Kuala Lumpur, April 9, 2024 – The Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Bangsar/Pudu and APR Electronic Services Sdn Bhd have joined hands to train SPM graduates in electronics repair skills, with the aim of helping them acquire a skill and providing them with job opportunities.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed recently, appointing APR Electronic Services SDN BHD as the strategic partner for the Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Bangsar/Pudu's Future Job Placement Program for 2024-2025. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Yang Dihormati Puan Nor Azlina binti Abdul Rahim, Timbalan PPD Sektor Perancangan, Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Bangsar/Pudu and Mr. Danny Ng Theng Wei, CEO of APR Electronic Services SDN BHD.

Under the collaboration agreement, APR Electronic Services SDN BHD will provide SPM graduates with skills training in repairing electronic products such as computers and mobile phones, helping them to acquire skills and create job opportunities.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Danny Ng Theng Wei, expressed his gratitude to the Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Bangsar/Pudu for providing the opportunity for the collaboration, which will help to nurturing more skilled electronic product repair professionals.

He revealed that the 30 days repair course under this collaboration will use the teaching curriculum of China Xin Xunwei Technology Company, also known as ChinaFix. It will allow graduates to acquire professional repair skills and obtain a professional repair certificate issued by the company.

These graduates can provide repair services to consumers and APR Electronic Services SDN BHD can also hire them as the company's professional electronics repair technicians after they mastered the repair skills.

Mr. Danny Ng Theng Wei, who is also the Head of Department for Association of Belt and Road Malaysia, said that the collaboration reflects the company's belief in "Benefit from society and return for society". Through the repair technology provided in cooperation with China companies and the cooperation with the Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Bangsar/Pudu, it will help secondary school graduates acquire survival skills and create win-win results under the Belt and Road initiative.
