The proportion of last year's Ied Al-Fitr national holiday was only 10 percent.

This data showed us that people in Indonesia now switch to mobile app from desktop version. Mobile app is easier to use and operate. Customers can use their smartphones everywhere, anytime to book tickets. This confirmation was made by Gaery Undarsa.

Tiket.com now tries to enhance their mobile app users, though the numbers of the site users actually have reached one million users! They held so many special promo and discounts which are provided for customers who do reservations through application.

Majority of the promos which were offered at Tiket.com were limited to mobile app users. This decision was made because of the fact the company saw that the trend has switched to the use of mobile app. At the website of Tiket.com people are easy to compare the prices of the tickets offered by one online travel agent to the other, while at Tiket.com mobile app customers tend to be more generous. Customers who use Tiket.com app are those who knew what they wanted.

It is targeted by the end of 2016 that customers who make online transactions through Tiket.com mobile app will be leveled up to 45 percent. By taking a look at Tiket.com's today accomplishment, Gaery believe in that the proportion will be more than 50 percent.
