LISARAYE MCCOY KICKS OFF HER BODY BY VI™ 90-DAY CHALLENGE
Aims to Lose 6.9% Body Fat and Transform Her Body to “Get Her Sexy Back”

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 17, 2012) – LisaRaye McCoy, multi-talented television actress and former First Lady of Turks and Caicos Islands, has announced her partnership with ViSalus™ to launch her Body by Vi™ 90-Day Challenge, a fun and rewarding way to achieve personal health and fitness goals with the support of a vibrant community of Challenge participants and ViSalus Promoters. Over the next 90 days, McCoy will seek to lose 6.9% body fat and build muscle, tone and inspire others to join her on her personal transformation journey.

“About 15 years ago I played a stripper in my first movie and I was in excellent shape. I want to get back there again, and be able to look at myself in a mirror and feel like I’m bikini ready,” said McCoy. “I know it’s not going to be easy, but through the Body by Vi Challenge I’m going to get a lot of help and support to make sure I succeed and reach my goals. I’m going to make a real difference by starting this 90-Day Challenge to transform myself – body, mind and spirit.”

McCoy, who has not actively exercised in years, will be training under celebrity trainer Don “DB” Brooks at Don-A-Matrix Training, and use the ViSalus Transformation Kit to provide the nutrition her body will need. Her training will include both cardio work for fat burning and strength, and core work for building muscle, which will help transform her body. As McCoy embarks on her Challenge, she will be documenting her progress through a series of videos that will be posted on the LisaRaye Challenge website.

McCoy is joining a range of other celebrities including Taylor Armstrong, Master P, Kris Humphries, and Hulk Hogan who are also participating in their own Body by Vi personal fitness Challenges.
