The winning spirit ultimately is the Spiritual Spirit manifesting itself.

Our fundamental vibration is the God or Higher Energy vibration. Winning is a manifestation of this basic vibration in all of us. Even in a temporary defeat or failure, the winning vibration is inherent in it, pushing us closer to our goal.

The coach has to help his client understand that even in failure the first step has already been taken. The client in his failed attempt has moved a step closer to his goal. He does not have to halt at this important moment. He only has to see this as an important step towards the achievement of his goal. Hence, when we resonate with our natural vibration we are in sync with the 'winning ways' of life. The moment we are out of tune we will sync to the 'negative vibration' of the blame game.

Within every individual, in the beauty and splendor of what one really is, is the Spirit that moves one to win, and at the same time, gives one the power to do it. Knowing and living this Truth will offer proof that, indeed, each of us is a winner.

Guidelines for Winning: The fundamental guideline is to understand that the client has to tune to his winning vibration. With that matching the symphony is sweet and harmonious. If the client tunes into a frequency or vibration which has disturbance then only 'noise' is generated and the blame game cycle will manifest.

If you are tuned in to the purpose of your soul, things will go more smoothly because you have spiritual power behind everything you do.

Affirmations
It is my experience that affirmation tools are region, place, religion and language specific. More so they are individual specific. The coach has to understand and device a suitable affirmation tool for the client. This he does over the many sessions that he has had with the client. The primary Aim of these affirmation tools is to keep the 'ports' open. Hence, the client may choose any of the tools to open his port and receive direct guidance from his higher self.

Visualization
By visualization we give a shape and structure to our dream or thoughts. In addition by energizing these with affirmations, auto suggestions, prayer and visualization techniques we provide kinetic energy to the dreams and they start rolling. One has to fuel up his dream so that they become virtual realities. Once this threshold is crossed only then visualization is complete.
