Southern California – January 20, 2021: The previous year of 2020 might have been hard on a lot of families; however, military families with little savings experience similar difficult times regularly. Such financial crises can impact the day-to-day life of these families and can devastate their self-esteem and confidence.
We Are One, In. has proved to be a knight in shining armor for these military families. The non-profit organization is providing these families with clothes, food, and shelter for domestic abuse survivors. Moreover, the volunteer programs are aimed at helping people living with PTSD recover from this mental disorder.
A representative from the We Are One, Inc. commented, ‘We’re proud of our military personnel who leave their families behind and are deployed overseas to serve and protect the country. These brave soldiers don’t get paid enough to invest in a savings plan, which severely affects the quality of life of these military families. Moreover, trauma from the War on Terror has had a devastating impact on these military personnel's health. At We Are One, Inc., we strive to improve their quality of life and help them get back on their feet. These soldiers spent the majority of their youth in serving us; it's about time we return the favor.'
The young population looking for ways to help military families can do so by volunteering for the organization’s Acts of Kindness program. The Acts of Kindness program focuses on supplementing families with emergency financial aid, food, and clothing. Donations can help sustain these families until they find appropriate accommodation and employment.
Donators can come together and extend their hands to those in need and aid these military families in getting through these demanding times. Helping our war heroes in their time of need is the perfect way to thank them for their services.
