It is essential to equal employment opportunities in both the rural and urban environment. Entrepreneurs know they have the support of the Government of Cospedal to turn their ideas into business ventures

Spain, July 15, 2013 - The Minister of Employment and the Economy of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, Carmen Home, said that the philosophy of employment and entrepreneurship workshops is to ensure that, from the private sector and government collaboration Cospedal, can generate stable and quality employment in our region.

This was stated in Corral de Calatrava (Ciudad Real) during his visit to the Employment and Entrepreneurship Workshop for Proximity Services Auxiliary or home care, who is performing the Northern Forestry Development Association up to twelve students for six months.

During his visit, Casero, who was accompanied by the mayor of the town, David Marin and the delegate of the Board in Ciudad Real, Antonio Lucas Torres, recalled that, for the Government of Cospedal, is fundamental development and equal opportunities in the countryside. therefore all employment and entrepreneurship workshops that we have implemented are real employment opportunities for all their students.

In this regard, said that before making concessions observe what the real needs of the population and, thus, to influence them to facilitate labor market entry either from the point of view of entrepreneurship or self others.

As an example, Home has stressed that the population of Corral de Calatrava needed services such proximity as occurs in other populations of our region and, therefore, believed that it was essential to educate and train people who could develop this service which is currently quite defendant.

In this sense, the Minister of Employment and the Economy has stated that as we are developing this workshop employment and entrepreneurship to ensure that students acquire the necessary training , also is serving so that others who have some experience in the world of home care, may have such accreditation that may open the doors of the labor market.

Finally, Home is urging all students to not fear enter the professional world from self-employment, as you rely on the cooperation of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha to facilitaros work either from the point of view of economic aid to recruitment as counseling, innovation, financing, etc.
