United Kingdom, July 18, 2013 -- Iain High, CEO of Anderson Zaks a leading Omni-channel Payment Service Provider (PSP) based in the UK, was elected on the proposal of the board as additional EPSM board member during the recent Annual General Meeting of EPSM, a specialized European payment provider association.

“We are very glad that Iain will strengthen the cross-European board structure of the EPSM” says Nicolas Adolph, chairman of the EPSM. The other four board members are from Germany (Nicolas Adolph from InterCard, Georg Riepe from Ages), Austria (Robert Komatz from Paylife) and Greece (Tony Sillopoulos from EDPS).

About the EPSM:
The European payment association EPSM represents the interests of “merchant looking” payment service providers. It works as a cost-effective interest representation and general information exchange on payment issues relevant to its members.

Since its founding in April 2005, the EPSM has grown to 66 members from 14 European countries. The 39 voting members are mainly network operators, acquirers, and internet payment providers. The additional 27 non-voting members are mainly payment schemes, processors, and terminal manufacturers.

The association is in contact with the European Commission, the ECB, and other European and national organisations.

The activities for members include quarterly meetings with external speakers, general information by e-mail, a homepage with a non-public “EPSM Intranet” and a regular “EPSM Market Research Newsletter”.
