iNextrix Announced Launch of iCallify Version 1.2

Skill based call routing

Support ticket solution

As per the shared details, iCallify will have an integrated support ticketing solution in it. The customer can raise a support ticket by sending an email. This solution also has a mechanism of the ticket queue to handle multiple tickets in parallel.

Agent rank based call routing

The admin can assign ranks to the agents based on different criteria. Once the Agent Ranks are defined, in case of an inbound call, the call will be routed to the agents based on the assigned ranks.

Multiple call retries
This feature is for outbound call centers. When an automated dialer of iCallify, which can be any one of the auto dialers, generates outbound calls to the predefined leads, it will use this feature. This feature attempts to call the same number multiple times if it is not connected with the first attempt due to predefined reasons such as an unanswered call, a busy tone, etc.

SMS Integration

This intelligent call center software has been supporting two modes of communication as listed below:

1. Audio calling
2. Chat (Instant Messaging)

The launch of version 1.2 has added one more mode of communication, namely, SMS aka text messaging. As per the shared details, this feature is very useful for a majority of call centers and businesses.
