Now, Kubota is all set to acquire 10% of equity stocks in Escort as these two companies have come together to lead globally in product development and manufacturing.

Simultaneously Escort will acquire a 40% stake in Kubota Agriculture Manufacturing India. They have formed a joint venture with a 60:40 partnership called Escort-Kubota India.

The deal is to acquire a 10% stake, 850 apiece, price of equity share and Kubota will pay 48% premium over the last traded price of 2019.

According to the president and representative director of Kubota this joint venture will help in fulfilling the demands of India and other countries that require high-end technologies.
