ViennaCC contacted Mastermind Group Ltd ("Mastermind Promotion") in 2019 and submitted a song and YouTube link to music video. It was a song about sunshine and upcoming summer. Mastermind Promotion sent an offer for promotion of song and music video. ViennaCC paid immediately.
ViennaCC: "Before payment I was checking the company in internet. I did not find negative comments. The website mastermindpromotion.com also looked quite reliable. The rude awakening came after my payment."

After receipt of my payment Michael Eastwood phoned to ViennaCC and said that for promoting this song and music video there must be more services done. He sent another offer. ViennaCC denied.
ViennaCC: "I was astonished. I told Michael Eastwood he should first do the services I already paid."
Because Mastermind Promotion did not start to provide the services ViennaCC went to London to complain to a person from Mastermind Pomotion.

In December 2019 Michael Eastwood contacted ViennaCC and told him that the song was not good enough for radio and needs to be mixed and mastered professionally.
ViennaCC sent all necessary music files, but a professional mix and master was never been done.

In April 2020 before Corona lockdown Mastermind Promotion wrote to ViennaCC that they are going to start promotion. But this did not happen.
ViennaCC: "Ok, there was lockdown and promotion is more difficult. The more a sunshine song should be promoted in spring, not promotion prepared in spring. So I did no further action."

In 2021 ViennaCC stipulated the paid services from Mastermind Promotion and as this did not happen he claimed a payback. He got no reply from Michael Eastwood or other workers from Mastermind Promotion.
ViennaCC: "Is it a wonder that I came the conclusion that this must be rip-off, scam, swindle - you name it?"

ViennaCC reported fraud to police.
