U.S. based young Marathi Satyajit Limaye’s ‘Rang Preetiche’ album to launch on this Valentines

Here's a fitting music tribute not only to the spirit of romance, but also to the rich and varying genres that have lent their melody to Marathi music.
"Rang Preetiche", a musical album featuring 9 Marathi songs composed in various genre of music including semi-classical Tarana, Ghazals, bhavgeet, western jazz and popular commercial films -- is all set to treat music lovers to a wonderful and memorable experience.
Composed and produced by Satyajit Limaye, the lyrics are by Sonali Joshi and Kamini Phadnis Kembhavi, while the arrangement is by Anand Kurhekar, Satyajit Kelkar and Milind Gune.
The roll call of singers has some well-loved voices, including those of Anand Bhate, Hrishikesh Ranade, Madhura Datar, Priyanka Barve and Sachin Ingale.
Speaking on the occasion, Satyajit Limaye said: "I do believe an album like this, with a touch of both the traditional and the modern, popular commercial film music as well as western jazz, is the need of the hour. Not only will it find an instant connect with the audience, it will also find takers across various age groups."
He added that the album was a 'complete experience' touching upon the various moods of love, from the light to the serious.
The album is presented by Marigold creations and is currently available on various online stores and streaming websites including SAAVN, YouTube, ITunes and Amazon.
