If you love coffee and baking, this workshop is for you. Make cakes, madeleines and cookies by attending the Coffee Time Bakes class hosted by the talented pastry chef Anurita Ghoshal. What’s more, the venue for the baking workshop is one of Mumbai’s favourite coffee shops – Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters.

The Coffee Time Bakes class will be a demo-based one where participants will get to learn basic techniques and recipes such as Coffee Walnut Cake, Rosemary Orange Madeleines, Lemon Ricotta Poppy Seed Cake, and Buckwheat Coffee Nib Cookies.
