TransWISH Indonesia, A division of Transafe Dharma Persada successfully conducts “Sertifikasi BNSP for HRD” program. This event is held from 14-16th August 2019. This event is followed by 55 HRs around Jakarta. It is held at TransWISH Learning Center in Tebet, South Jakarta.

Indonesian HR Competence certification is required by the Indonesian government on decree from the Ministry of Manpower. The requirement is stated on decree letter no M/5/HK/04.00/VII/2019 about Obligation for Competence Certification on Human Resources Management Area.

Trainers for this event are coming from Professional certification bodies in the field of human resources.
Ms. Hanan Farhana (Hanan TW), Marketing and Training Supervisor present on the opening ceremony. Ms. Etria Fatrina opens the class and makes some energizers.

Ms. Hanan said that this program is very great for Indonesian HR personnel. It is very important because it is expected that the implementers and the responsible parties can use it as a standard reference. This is very important for HR personnel In developing quality, capacity, and capability so that they are able to compete nationally, regionally, and or internationally.
