Texas CDL Truck Rentals: "Don't Fall Victim to Trucking Scams!"

There are a number of driving schools that promise free training and a job once people complete the classes.

Despite signs of economic recovery, there are still plenty of people desperate for work. With trucking schools promising great paying jobs and "free training," Texas CDL Truck Rentals warns people that the hype is not to be believed. Texas CDL Truck Rentals is not a trucking school but it does help people get the CDL license necessary to drive commercial trucks.

Many of the driving schools have their pupils sign contracts stating the student will owe the company between $6,000 and $9,000. "The contracts will be written that the money will be repaid back anywhere from between 18 to 22 percent interest for the company sponsored training. Additionally, you will be locked into a 1 to 3 year working contract where you think you are making $14 an hour but once you figure the amount paid per mile, the time spent in the truck, and what you take home in a week, your paycheck will reflect less than that," says Texas CDL Truck Rentals.

Often, truckers are the butts of jokes because of their haggard appearance. Texas CDL Truck Rentals says that the reason for that is because of truckers who sign contracts with these dishonest trucking schools. "Trucking recruiters talk big about how much you'll make as a trucker, but once to break down all the technical jargon, you'll find you make much less than promised. Many truckers look broke because they basically are," states Texas CDL Truck Rentals.

"Many of the companies who hire through their own training programs find reasons to deduct from their driver's paychecks. They companies use drivers for a tax write-off, getting $1.2 million for 200 workers that quit a month," says Texas CDL Truck Rentals. After seeing all the dishonest training schools, the company decided to help people in their own unique way.

Instead of a long training program, Texas CDL Truck Rentals helps people get their license in about a week. It includes the materials for all the written tests and three endorsement tests. The trucks rented for the road test include automatic transmissions and back-up cameras. Before taking the road test, Texas CDL Truck Rentals has test takers drive the vehicle road course. The success rate is phenomenal, with a near 100% first time pass rate.
