Techment Technology, Bhilai, helped the government of Chhattisgarh in extending the vision of greater e-governance by creating a mobile application, MoU, that digitizes the process by which its officials accept and monitor the progress of records of organizations registered under it.
Techment Technology worked with the state government to create MoU, a cloud-based application that enables organizations to submit and update its record that can be accessed and monitored by government officials in real-time.
It allows the officials to track the progress of an organization's approvals in the areas of location, land registry, environmental clearance, municipality, or gram panchayat permissions, water and forest department approvals, and more.
The earlier time consuming and error-prone manual process is now fully digital and is expected to boost the efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of the entire process.
Manish Agrawal, co-founder, and CEO of Techment Technology shared his experience in building MoU, "It is the right step taken by the government and must be appreciated by all corners. We built MoU with a vision of creating a digital tool that will convert a manual and slow process into a transparent, fast, and accurate one that makes the task of companies and officials very easy. We are elated to have been part of such an initiative that will probably improve Chhattisgarh's rank in Ease of Doing Business"
