[SALT LAKE CITY, 09/29/2015] – Tanner Co., a public accounting firm in Utah, will conduct an event called Influence on April 25-27, 2016. This event will gather and cultivate leaders to help them become greater influencers in their organizations.

The Influence Experience

The company believes that great things happen when exceptional leaders come together in a creative environment. They created the event in the hopes of helping people make a significant impact to organizations. The Influence experience will foster working relationships and leadership abilities of participants.

The event involves a two and a half day experience of working together with other leaders. The event will take place at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. There will also be a follow up workshop in Salt Lake City.

Interested participants must undergo a nomination process before they can attend the event. They can only join through endorsements of company presidents and CEOs. They may also nominate themselves provided there is outside endorsement from key executives.

Nomination Process

Potential candidates for the Influence must submit an application online. Those with the endorsement of presidents and CEOs have more chances of passing the preliminary selection process. The host will screen and choose participants based on their strengths and leadership potential.

The company will call the self-nominated applicants and the executives who endorsed the candidates. They will discuss the nominees’ leadership strengths and determine if they qualify. The chosen participant will provide resumes, profiles and other information.

There is an early bird rate of $2,500 for participants who register and pay before March 25. The regular registration fee of $2,950 will apply after that. The host will discuss the particulars and provide the materials prior to the event.
