I eat more vegetables, less meat my each meals. You can eat steak but without sauce. I will go to self-help shop to but some vegetables and meat. But I won’t eat rice. Rice has high carbohydrate proportion.
Sometimes I cook at home, it’s really easy, but you should pick up the right foods. You can use butter to fried beef steak, add less salt and cheese when you fried egg. I don’t like fruits, but I know is not health. Our body can’t without any carbohydrate foods. So I push myself to eat fruits, which can promote intestinal gurgling. And supplement victim which our body needs. Do not eat banana or tomato in the morning. I will drink one cup of warm water with empty of stomach in the morning.
