How to Get Out of the Confusion of Fear and Chaos in These Times of Coronavirus

The scope of opinions that contradict each other about Coronavirus confuses people into inaction.

There are people in the everyday world who are in total and complete confusion. They  have too much information, a media and social media bombardment, full of opinions, especially that everything can be a lie, that there is no virus, that everything is a conspiracy. and that governments only want to make people stay in their houses and close everything. And there is so much more. It is true that there are many opinions but through all this confusion that is generated, they lead people to immobility, because they do not know what to do. Confusion brings you undifferentiated movement, a not knowing what to do, or how, or when, or about what. What is done in moments of confusion? You are looking for a piece of information, a piece of information that allows you to act, and do something about it, about the situation that is occurring. In this case .in the coronavirus era,you want a real fact that no one can deny is that bacteria and viruses exist. What to do about it? “Germs can be spread from person to person, such as by a cough, sneeze or handshake. Germs can also be transmitted by touching something an infected person has touched, such as a countertop or a pet. Another way germs are spread is by consuming infected food or drink. Coming in contact with insects or other animals that carry infection can also transmit germs. That disease can spread is not an unknown datum. What may not be known, however, is that contagion is possible during incubation periods—the period before the person shows symptoms and realizes he is sick. Hence safety precautions must be in place at all times to reduce the risk of spreading disease.” www.scientology.org/staywell @volunterministerstampa “TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.” L. RONALD HUBBARD
