Jindal School (OPJS) celebrated its 6th Annual Function today at its school campus with spell-binding cultural programme ‘Razzmatazz’ that included Odissi, Masti Dance, Angel Dance, Telugu, Folk Dance, Semi-Classical Dance, Tandav, Instrumental Music and Skits in English, Hindi and Odia, mesmerizing the audience.

The chief-guest of the occasion Mr. Anil Kumar Samal, IAS, Collector & District Magistrate, Angul highly appreciated the talent showcased by the students through various cultural shows depicting the multidimensional Indian culture. He encouraged the Students to be disciplined and to grab this opportunity for becoming responsible citizens of India. Chief Guest Mr. Samal while unveiling the school magazine ‘Voyage’ praised the creativity of the Students and the dedication of the Teachers.

In his presidential address, Mr. D.K. Saraogi, ED In charge, JSPL and Chairman of School Managing Committee (SMC) spoke high of the curricular and extracurricular standard of the school and its achievements.

Mr. Damodar Mittal, EVP (Projects), JSPL, Angul , Mr. C.D. Mathew, VP & Head (HR&ES), JSPL, Angul and Manager, SMC graced the occasion as guest of honour. The rank holders making their mark in various competitions were awarded with prizes.

Principal of the School Mr. Chhanda Charana Das presented the Annual Report of the school and highlighted the school’s progress in academic and non-academic areas.

A cordial Vote of Thanks was presented by Mrs. Sangeeta Sharma. The whole programme came to a splendid end with National Anthem presented by students of OPJS in chorus.

Community members, parents and employees of JSPL were present during the occasion in large numbers to encourage and witness the splendid performance by the students.
