Here his responsibility is to manage all legal and contracts transactions. He proactively engages and supports business development efforts. In addition, he ensures compliance with government regulation (FAR and GWAC expert) with efficient and flexible processes.

Prior to this, Shawn M. Williams worked as the Senior Federal Counsel with Sprint Corporation for 5 years. Owing to his role, he provided support to management on government and regulatory matters affecting the company’s new business and existing contracts. He drafted and updated company policy pertaining to government contracting and federal policy. In addition, he managed legal counsel on all kinds of government contacts including firm fixed price, time, cost plus fixed fee and materials.

Shawn M. Williams is a rich professional with 15 years of experience in senior legal and contracts positions representing technology and telecommunication companies. He is a Member in the State of Maryland and barre din Virginia as Corporate Counsel. He holds Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He possesses Masters in Business Administration from Averett University. Besides this, he has training certificates in ITAR, Deltek, IP and Data Rights, Privacy Law, Diversity, Harassment, FAR and CostPoint. He started his career as Non-Commissioned Officer/JAG Office in 1995. Most of his time was spent in supporting Judge Advocate General (JAG) offices in Japan and Washington, D.C. as clerk at the management level. With his dedicated efforts, he served various other companies and handled different responsibilities. At present, he is working as the General Counsel with Alliance Technology Group, LLC at Hanover.
