Earth at the most profitable cost.

When we think in terms of money, we can apply this to the modern times of general industry. The massive production demanded by billions of people sounds very attractive to a businessman. At the very end, everything goes according to the numbers: “multiples of three zeros” in someone accounts, just to start the wheels turning.

Money equals Earth; how many resources can be gotten from it? How much can be taken away from Planet Earth? All we can, without thinking twice. No measuring consequences of any kind, just take what ever you can as soon as you can, before someone won’t let us to do it anymore. Any way who cares?

Unless or until you suffer the magnitude of the consequences on your own skin, beginning with pollution that causes diseases all over and everywhere, extinctions of species that are part of the habitat needed for all kinds of living food chains, including feeding human kind.

We approach Earth Day on 22 April, a time when people who care, cause others to make others remember the ground where they stand and show to everyone that Something can be done about it.

“The idea that one has a share in the planet and that one can and should help care for it may seem very large and, to some, quite beyond reality. But today what happens on other side of the world, even so far away, can affect what happens in your home”.
