Serving as a professional HR Business Partner in 2017, Sherita Dixon-Cole possessed a vast knowledge in corporate and fashion industry. She possessed a great knowledge of business and management principles involved in employee relations, strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, data management and coordination of people and resources. She worked closely with key business and IT partners during lifecycle of the project. Besides, she was responsible for testing and maintaining Workday Dashboards, worklets, advanced and shared reports using Workday delivered tools.

Currently, Sherita is serving as HR Analyst at Boeing where she monitors and resolves HRMS interface tickets generated in Kana accounting systems. Here, she holds a strong knowledge of SQL scripts for data analysis. Besides, she holds a solid knowledge of SQL and the ability to query relational databases.

Formerly working as Senior HR Benefit Analyst, Sherita considered it her responsibility to analyze FMLA and STD claims to determine eligibility and certification in compliance with state and federal regulations.

As former HR Generalist at CLD Solutions, Sherita-Dixon Cole arranged all aspects of domestic travel and provided the visitor assistance and arranged departmental luncheons. She collaborated with human resources managers, recruiters and hiring managers to generate the offer letters and individual employee benefit packages.

Regarding her previous profession, Sherita served as the HR Specialist where he provided the deep level of expertise and consultation on both financial and technical inputs.
Pertaining to her education credentials, Sherita pursued Bachelor’s in English language from University Texas Arlington. Besides, she completed Master’s in International HR from Cappella University.

Starting a nonprofit organization ISocialize Responsibly, Sherita Dixon-Cole made best use of her skills to provide various workshops on cyber bullying, thus making it easier for the people to determine if they are really the victims or not. Apart from this organization, she also works as a fashion boutique small business owner. Here, she considers it her responsibility to meet with the potential consultants in order to inform them about the policies and processes.
