Serving as the HR Analyst at Boeing, Sherita Dixon-Cole monitors and resolves the HRMS interface tickets generated in Kana ticketing systems. She works to provide on-going support for all the business objectives and systems including US and international sites.

In August 2004, Sherita started her career as HR Generalist at CLD Solutions. Here, she served as Administrative Assistant to the CEO and worked to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding the employment practices. She also assisted in development and implementation of personnel-related policies and procedures. She collaborated with human resources managers, recruiters and hiring managers to generate the offer letters and individual employee benefit packages.

As a former professional HR Business Partner at Mcafee, Sherita Dixon-Cole worked to gather requirements from business and IT stake holders for service now and work day projects. Besides, she participated in design session with the business and IT stakeholders. Sherita performed unit testing for enhancements and fixes.
Overall, as an HR professional, Sherita possesses a great knowledge of business and management principles involved in employee relations, strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, data management and coordination of people and resources.

Adding to her areas of expertise, Sherita Dixon-Cole is an excellent strategist who provides solutions in an attempt to boost the productivity and efficiency across the organization. Besides, she has the ability to quickly identify the problem areas and implement effective solutions to meet the goals. Pertaining to her computer skills, she is highly knowledgeable of computer programs that include Oracle, Workday, Siebel, People soft, HRMS, Excel, Word, kana, Outlook, Share-point, and a host of others.

Pertaining to her education credentials, Sherita pursued Bachelor’s in English language from University Texas Arlington. Besides, she completed Master’s in International HR from Cappella University.
