Bruce Durkin will be responsible for all of Seoul VR Technologies’ legal affairs and will also serve on the Executive Board Committee.

Seoul VR Technologies’ Chairman, Mr. Choi Woon-jae commented on Mr. Durkin’s appointment to the General Counsel saying “Bruce is a very experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, where he has held responsibilities for managing and advising on global legal and regulatory compliance risks across the financial spectrum.”

Bruce Durkin joins Seoul VR Technologies after 9 years at KPMG both in Sydney and most recently in Hong Kong and Tokyo, where he served as Group Head and General Counsel, responsible for leading the firm’s global Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretary and Risk Management teams.
