Company challenge:
The Mackie Group required a solution that addresses their exposure to the lack of consistent backup & restoration services for production VMs, physical disks, and/or file services. The solution had to accommodate their environment of various business applications, messaging, database, Windows & Non-Windows systems. Full and incremental backup capabilities were required as well.
