NOIDA, NCR, India, 16 January 2015-- ResultFirst, an emergent name in the dominion of digital marketing services, recently organized ‘Winter Rahat Camp’ – a CSR initiative to help the underprivileged endure the tormenting cold of the National Capital Region of India. The initiative proved to be welcome news for numerous inhabitants residing in the slums located near sector 71, Noida, which is where the company’s team distributed winter clothes and other alms, on 17 December, 2014.

The glacial winter of 2014 has already caused 180 fatalities in the national capital region, and the toll doesn’t seem to be coming to a halt anytime soon. Further aggravating the scenario, the suburban regions of NCR – Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon – have long been experiencing an incessant inflow of working-class immigrants from Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and other states, who come to these places in search of a better life, however unprepared, with little to no dough.

Although the event organized by ResultFirst may not be the ultimate answer that the people of NCR can collectively amass for the Mother Nature and rescue those who have absolutely no resources to shield themselves; it sure has been a respite for a number of people who were otherwise finding it an ordeal to get by the winter season, unhurt. According to sources, the event was a remarkable success with active participation from most of the company’s staff.
