Jagruti has transformed into a 200 bed, gargantuan rehab centre. Currently, it has 2 buildings. One is devoted completely to dementia and neuro care. Jagruti has a de-addiction centre for intensive rehabilitation of addicted persons, called the Vyasan Mukti Kendra.
