People use Headphones or "cans", as DJs call them, for listening to portable players, FM radios, DVD's or any other audio devices. They work almost in the same way as speakers do. There are also health hazardous involved with listening through headphones. Businesses are aware of this shortfall and are manufacturing headphones which are better and do not affect the ear canals or tendered skin around the ear and ear canal. Many people believe that closed-air headphones are superior because they are sealed and offer good sound quality.
