Ken Jorgensen has negotiated and litigated a variety of business and real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate, real estate financing, and leasing transactions. Ken is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. He knows how to help in the selling, leasing, and development of real estate matters. He has resolved many real estate boundary, easement, and encroachment disputes for businesses and homeowners. Before entering into private practice, Mr. Jorgensen interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Fresno.
