As a graduate of Elmhurst College, Ted Harris of Albuquerque understands the importance of lifelong learning in the workplace. “For a lot of people, learning stops when they receive their diploma, which is unfortunate,” says Ted Harris of Albuquerque. “If there’s one thing I learned at Elmhurst, it’s that learning is a lifelong process. That’s part of the reason I’m really passionate about my membership in the Society for Human Resources Management. It really provides an opportunity for learning and career advancement.”
