Randy Palazzo has been a resident of Portland, Oregon his entire life. As a lifelong resident of the City of Roses, he has always pondered ways in which he can make a lasting and positive impact on the beloved city that raised him. He has embraced that goal in a number of ways, from being an active member of his church and engaging in many outreach activities within his community; as well as a father who helps his wife raise two children to be productive members of society like him. But most of all, he has impacted the city by the influence he has had on its architecture.

Back in the late 1980’s, Randy Palazzo had become immersed in the business of real estate. He had acquired a number of properties which he refurbished and put right back into the market for selling. He sold hundreds of houses this way, and even got to create some of his own from scratch. That’s when he started thinking about a career in homebuilding, which is something he pursued not too long after.

Within years, Randy Palazzo had established himself as a skilled general contractor and had built himself a team of building experts. Together, they formed a homebuilding crew that did everything from refurbishing of vintage houses to designing and building them from scratch. They had built quite the reputation for their outstanding work, and had earned themselves the throne of becoming the most popular home builders in the entire city for many years. Their customers were repeatedly satisfied with the finished product as well as their excellent customer service. And the fact that many of these houses are still in beautiful condition today stands as testament that when Randy Palazzo and his crew do a job, they are guaranteed to build something that will last.

Aside from building, Randy Palazzo is a family man, a hobbyist and a man of faith. He is the proud father of two daughters that he has raised with his wife. He likes to read in his spare time, as well as go hiking and running. He is also an active member of Horizon Community Church, through which he participates in many charitable events every year.
