Triathlons have been gaining popularity in the US and the world. Nathan Patrick Pramik is one of the top performing amateur triathletes in the country and plans to continue competing in triathlons as long as his body allows him.

Nathan Patrick Pramik is happy to announce that he remains committed to competing in triathlons for as long as he is able. The endurance sport is gaining in popularity and Nathan Patrick Pramik believes he still has many more triathlons to conquer and improve with.

Nathan Patrick Pramik got his start in endurance sports during his time as a division I college athlete. Since then he has received numerous All-American Honors from USAT, the national organization devoted to triathletes and the triathlons they participate in. Furthermore, Nathan Patrick Pramik has consistently ranked in the top tier of amateur triathletes in the United States.

Triathlons are endurance competitions that pit hundreds of people together into a race split into three different forms. There are multiple levels of triathlons from the shortest sprint triathlon to the ultra-distance triathlons that only the top tier of athletes can compete in.

Regardless, the first part of a triathlon is composed of a swimming course often through open water. This is followed by a long-distance cycling stage. After the cycling is complete, athletes must compete in a run. For ultra-distance triathlons, the run at the end is a full marathon (26.2 miles) in itself.

Asked about his future career in triathlons, Nathan Patrick Pramik stated, "I feel confident that I have my best years ahead of me in terms of my triathlon success. I hope to stay healthy and to be able to compete in a few more ultra-distance races. It is certainly a humbling sport with a lot of very driven and focused people competing.”
