Nathan Chesebro was born in South Kingstown, R.I. in 1977. He moved to New Harbor, Maine with his family in 1989 and started helping his father build a massive colonial style family home. This made him realize that he loved to build and wanted to pursue a career in the home construction industry. After graduating Lincoln Academy in 1995, he moved out west to Montana and began working for local professional contractors. This is where he learned many of the skills and building methods he uses today.

In 2001, he returned to Maine to pursue his career as a local area contractor. He worked for the leading building contractors in the area and had the opportunity to further perfect his craft. After reconnecting with the woman who would become his wife, they decided to get married. He built his wife a beautiful home while she was pregnant with their first son.

Nathan Chesebro is passionate about improving his community and loves to build structures and new homes in his community. He believes a home should be both beautiful and affordable and never hesitate to help out when needed. In 2004, a local elderly couple who residing in Bristol Mills fell victim to a home fire that resulted in the total loss of their uninsured historical home. Nathan B. Chesebro of Chesebro Construction, Inc. lead a team of local area professionals who donated their time and expertise to construct a new home for Annette and Howard Bryant. The entire community joined in his efforts to provide this new home. In 2012, he led a team of volunteers to build a protective fence and barrier at the local community center called The Weymouth House in Pemaquid, Maine. Nathan became concerned with passing vehicles on the heavily traveled stretch of road when he witnessed a child get too close to the road during one of their afterschool programs. He sprang into action to help ensure the safety of local children.

Nathan Chesebro loves to build homes and other structures and works hard to do his best at meeting the needs of his customers. He loves what he does and admits that most of the time it doesn’t feel like work. He plans to continue to build his construction business and improve his community a little at a time.
