John Kresevic has worked his entire career in the mortgage industry. Today, he’s looking for an opportunity to start his own mortgage company with the experience he has gained working for Quicken Loans and for Forthright Funding. Kresevic earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, where he was on the leadership team for his fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha. He was the Treasurer of the organization and the Vice President. He also graduated from Arizona State as a member of Pi Kappa Alpha American Marketing Association. His connections to the business community gave him an in at Quicken Loans as a mortgage loan officer.

John Kresevic was so good at his job with Quicken that he rose quickly to a director of mortgage banking position. But he wasn’t done. In only five years after he joined the company, Kresevic was promoted to Regional Vice President for Quicken Loans. At the time, he was the youngest-ever Regional Vice President. His promotion was also the quickest in the company’s history. Kresevic already has the skills and experience to be an excellent mortgage loan professional. After all, he has been performing well since he graduated from Arizona State University in 2008.

John Kresevic wants to found his own company soon. He works as an Executive Loan Officer for Forthright Funding in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kresevic believes that he has the skills to create a thriving business in the mortgage loan industry. His career started during a trying time for many homeowners in the United States, in the middle of the mortgage crisis of 2008. His smarts and skills then allowed him to rise the fastest anyone has ever risen at Quicken Loans and start a successful career in the mortgage loan industry. When he moved on to Forthright Funding, he was in charge of almost a billion dollars in mortgage loan originations for Quicken.

John Kresevic has recently gotten engaged and he hopes to build a family in Arizona one day. He knows that he can be successful as the owner of a business in the industry that he has many years of experience and success in already.
