The result of that conversation is the 45,000 sq. ft. plan warehouse that will be chain’s first store to open in Montgomery. This was a huge win for the resident businesses of the shopping center, who are excited to welcome a large and known retailer who will attract a whole new set of customers and bring more business to the area. And for Moshe Manoah, Monarch’s achievements make up for the largest fraction of successes of all his businesses in 2014.
