Margarita Golub has always believed in giving back to the community. From tutoring underprivileged children at a high school to empowering young women to succeed in business, Margarita Golub has made it her mission in life to encourage and inspire young women to live to their fullest potential. Every organization that Margarita Golub has been affiliated with has held the same beliefs; that women are the leaders of tomorrow in the business industry, and she has been helping women succeed her whole life.

Starting when she was a young woman attending Suffolk University, Margarita Golub has been giving back. She was a tutor at ABCD High School in Boston, MA. Margarita Golub was helping women stay in high school when so many were dropping out. Margarita Golub has always seen what an education can do and has been a driving force in many women continuing their education long after high school.

When she attended Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business she was the President of the Women’s Management Council. She used her skills and life experience to encourage and empower young women to be leaders in the business industry. During this time Margarita Golub was also a member of 85 Broads, Boston Chapter. 85 Broads is an organization that seeks to encourage young women to be leaders in the business community. Margarita Golub was on the leadership committee of this organization and worked on inspiring young women to be educated, connected to the world through technology, and to become leaders in their communities. Margarita Golub saw that 85 Broads was a place of making business connections that would last a lifetime, and uses those connections to give back to her community and the world.

Margarita Golub puts it this way, “As more women graduate from college and are now becoming the primary breadwinners in their family, I see a need to light the way for young women who want to follow in my footsteps.” Margarita Golub is an exceptional young woman, who uses her skills and education to reach out to other women and encourage and empower them to be leaders in their communities and successful in their lives.
