Even though she’s experienced incredible success in her career so far, Madeline McGartlin isn’t letting that stop her from reaching her full potential.

“Being recognized like that really encourages you to keep going and to try harder,” says Madeline McGartlin. Indeed, since receiving her PHR Certification from the University of Texas in 2005, Madeline McGartlin has worked diligently to serve businesses in various industries. In fact, aside from the finance industry, Madeline McGartlin has extensive experience in retail and insurance. “When you work as an HR professional, you have to be able to adapt and work in different industries,” says Madeline McGartlin.
