Growth in an industry sometimes necessitates changes. For Kaizen Tuning, the rapid growth experienced in the past years has led the staff at Kaizen Tuning to realize something: they did not have enough room to handle their customer demand. According to Malcolm Austin, a technician at Kaizen Tuning, things were getting cramped in the bay. “It was a great problem to have,” said Austin, “but yes, things had been tight as demand increased. We were running out of room for the number of parts we needed to stock.”

The management at Kaizen Tuning addressed these needs recently by signing a contract with a new location. The new location stands to greatly increase Kaizen Tuning's efficiency and quality of work, and the technicians are excited about the opportunity. “I can't wait to get under the lifts there!” exclaimed Malcolm Austin. “Having seven lifts available in that big of a shop is going to allow us to work much more comfortably and produce even better results.”

The management at Kaizen Tuning has made sure to include some new amenities in the new facility, including a showroom with a bay window overlooking the tuning facilities and a fully stocked Red Bull bar. Kaizen Tuning hopes that these little touches will turn Kaizen Tuning into a comfortable environment for their customers. Keeping customers happy is important to Kaizen Tuning, and allowing them to see their vehicles while they are being tuned is a big step in the right direction.

Another addition that will elate frequent customers is the new 32-vehicle parking facility. As Kaizen Tuning's manager said, “We know that sometimes we need to keep these cars overnight, and nothing is more nerve-racking than to leave your precious car in an unsecured lot.” Adding security to the lot has been a key part of Kaizen Tuning's relocation. Customers of Kaizen Tuning can trust that their cars will be truly protected in the new facility, from beginning to end of the tuning process.

Kaizen Tuning will reopen in early August at their new location. Kaizen Tuning's employees are eager to move into their new home and get back under the hoods of the cars they love.
