John James Sarkis has had an interesting and diverse career. John James Sarkis began his career as a social worker who worked with youthful offenders in the correctional system. After many years as a successful social worker, John James Sarkis transitioned into food and beverage management.

Initially, John James Sarkis opened his own restaurant before moving into management in hotels and resorts. After his move to the Charlotte, NC area, he worked in operations for the Showmars Restaurant Group. John James Sarkis moved into restaurant general management for a number of different restaurants in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

John James Sarkis recognizes that his career progression has been a unique one. Still, John James Sarkis says that he has been so successful due in large part to the management coaching he received from qualified professionals during major transition points in his career.

For that reason, John James Sarkis plans to give back to the community by offering management coaching services to young people in the area.

“I am so thankful to have benefitted from the management experience of those around me at the beginning of my career,” John James Sarkis said. “Because I can recognize the many positive effects that their expertise has had on my career, I hope to offer that same type of service to young people here in the community. I believe that by offering coaching and mentoring at a critical part of a young person’s career, I will be able to help them avoid making some of the same mistakes that I did.”

At this point in time, John James Sarkis could not provide specifics about his plans to offer management coaching. Still, John James Sarkis was quick to say that he had reached out through a number of different professional networking associations to let people know that he will be offering this service.

In addition to many other professional networking associations, John James Sarkis is a member of the Matthews Chamber of Commerce as well as the Mint Hill Business Association. John James Sarkis knows that membership in a diverse batch of professional networking associations is critical to one’s professional development. For that reason, John James Sarkis hopes that he will be able to offer management coaching through these organizations.
