The company has an online portfolio with bathrooms, kitchens, and other completed room renovations. “One high-end renovation was an apartment located on East 54th Street. While the project was originally designed to be small, the clients ended up wanting an entire apartment renovation and work ended with three completely renovated bathrooms, a full kitchen renovation, and a complete repaint of the apartment,” says the founder of Prime Renovations.

“Another high-end renovation completed by Prime Renovations was a loft on 5th Avenue. That project was the framing and sheetrock to build three bedrooms, all new electrical and plumbing, the installation of central air, and the renovation of the master bath, guest room, kitchen, and new wood flooring,” says Prime Renovations.

The work completed by Prime Renovations can be small or extensive. How much time and work involved depends on the renovation work requested. “We work with clients to determine what they want and what they can afford. We want clients to be happy,” says Prime Renovations. Clients have been happy – since joining the BBB, there have been no complaints from clients current or past.
