Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York is gearing up for a stacked undercard on August 23rd which features world-class boxers, new fighters to the block and the unforgettable local favorites. This event, called “Tyson Is Back!” is the debut of the new company formed by Garry Jonas of Acquinity Interactive along with Mike Tyson. The twelve round main event will feature super featherweight champion fighters such as Argenis “La Tormenta” Mendez and Arash Usmanee.

Also included in the lineup are many local light heavyweight fighters and a winner from the 2011 National PAL Championships and 2012 National Golden Gloves Tournament. “We are so proud to offer such an exciting undercard to our viewers for this event. One of the welterweight fighters was actually turned down for the fight, as he is one of the most avoided fighters in his class. There is so much buzz about this that fans have actually started a blog to discuss the welterweight who did agree to fight. “This is the stir we wanted the undercard to make, and the buzz is going to make even more viewers tune in to the event. Mike Tyson is certainly enjoying all the buzz as well. He is happy to be back in the boxing world and thinks this is the right place for him to be. “I can really help out the fighters in terms of career guidance.
