Professional Medical Examiners, LLC, under the leadership of David Tom Grinbergs, transitioned from a start-up company to a full-scale operation. The enterprise generated fifteen million in revenues in three years, proving that David Tom Grinbergs knew what he was doing as the President, Owner and Medical Director of the company.

Eventually, David Tom Grinbergs found his was to EmCare Inc., in Dallas Texas. The company employed David Tom Grinbergs as the Divisional Chief Executive Officer. There, Grinbergs provided visionary and strategic leadership for EmCare, Inc. one of the nation’s leader providers of outsourced emergency and hospital medicine staffing and management service, EmCare, Inc. relied on David Tom Grinbergs to build momentum for the company. Being one of the two divisions, EmCare, Inc. generated over $1.2 billion in net revenue for its parent company, Emergency Medical Services, Inc. As of 2011, when David Tom Grinbergs left the company after six successful years, EmCare, Inc. provide their services to over five-hundred hospitals.
