Christopher Prashad is a smart and well-rounded person who works as a property manager for Dynamic Living LLC. He is responsible for the maintenance and management of many residential apartments in Jamaica, Queens, New York. He works hard to ensure that the residents of the apartments who he is responsible for live comfortably. He enjoys working with others and always tries to be honest and reliable.

Christopher Prashad and Dynamic Living LLC were recently rewarded for their efforts in the community. Every year they donate money to a local orphanage. This was recently discovered, and Christopher Prashad was noticed for doing this. He and the company were given an award by the community for the work he has done to ensure that Dynamic Living LLC can continue to donate money to a local orphanage every year.

Christopher Prashad was born in the United Kingdom. His parents are Guyanese but are of Indian descent. His family’s ancestors moved to Guyana as indentured servants, which is why he was considered West Indian while growing up in the United Kingdom. As a child, he enjoyed playing soccer and played all the way through high school before he stopped playing competitively right before University.

Christopher Prashad is extremely interested in technology. As a kid, his mother would bring home new devices, and he would take them apart before fixing them back up. He also set up a camera system throughout his house so that he could catch his siblings misbehaving. His interest in technology stuck with him and he currently does some side work in the Information Technology Industry.

Christopher Prashad has lived in Queens since 2007 and looks forward to continuing his contributions to his community.
