Some of the most notable additions and expansions include a restaurant, lounge, and expansive courtyard space. When renovating the property, LaeRoc Investments wanted to ensure that the Belamar would be a boutique hotel that would contribute and help grow the luxurious Manhattan Beach community.

While crafting this luxurious experience, LaeRoc worked to suit the needs of both business and leisure travelers.
