The launch was organized with the support of Pen & Stationary Association of India (PASAI) and Delhi Pen Dealer & Manufacturers’ Association (DPDMA) at Tamarind, India Habitat Centre Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
They announced the detailing of the mega event which is to be held from 5th-8th March 2019 at Pragati Maidan. PlastiWorld is the first of its kind event in India that brings together plastic industry manufacturers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, and buyers of finished plastic products under one roof. The Indian Capital will be hosting this grand event over a region of 37,000 square feet where more than 150 exhibitors will be showcasing their breakthroughs in front of 15,000+ visitors.
Mementoes were presented to the bigshots of the Indian Plastic Industry. Mr. Amit Gupta, MD of Filex Systems Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. Arun Arora, Director of World One; Mr. Premchand Kohli, Director of Regal Agencies; Mr. Parshotam Kumar, President of All India Plastic Industries Association (AIPIA); Mr. Rakesh Kashyap, President of DPDMA; Mr. Rajesh Bohra, President of PASAi; were all rewarded for their achievements in the Industry.

Apart from these personalities, Mr. Meela Jayadev, the President of AIPMA; Mr. Ajay Desai, Chairman and Mr. Haren Sanghavi, Co-Chairman of PlastiWorld 2019 along with Mr. Jagat Killawala, Sr. Vice President and Mr. L.K. Singh, Vice President of AIPMA were also present at the launching event. Unfortunately due to tight schedule, Dr. S.K. Nayak, who is the Patron of PlastiWorld 2019 as well as the Director General of CIPET, was not able to attend the event. Mr. Sandeep Rawal of Reliance Industries and Mr. Vineet Kumar of HPCL-Mittal Energy were also unable to attend due to their busy schedules.
The launch event witnessed a participation of around 80 Industry Professionals. Apart from these, few other officials of AIPIA, DPDMA, PASAI and AIPMA had also attended the event.
AIPMA officials have offered a special discount of Rs. 11,500 square meter for built-up stall to AIPIA members. AIPIA will be circulating PlastiWorld 2019 information to their members and the advertisement for the same would be published in their next magazines and newsletters.
PASAI and DPDMA have also assured to bring a healthy participation of about 10-20 companies each.
Some companies have already shown interest to purchase stalls in PlastiWorld 2019 and are all set to elevate their business. Ace Writing Instruments, Filex Systems, Harpreet Graphics, KBI, Monga Writing Instruments, Pearl Polymer, Regal Agencies, Vishwam Polymers and World One are some of the companies who are surely displaying their products in the exhibition next year. While 100-200 sqm and 100-150 sqm has been reserved for AIPIA and PASAI, respectively for their companies.
It has been confirmed that Four Square Media will be advertising for PlastiWorld 2019 by emailing to their subscribed clients.
The event is supported by the entire plastic industry including the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
