Die neue Version steht dabei für freie Geräte und für Modelle von T-Mobile, Vodafone und O2 bereit. Das Update ist dabei in etwa 800-840 MB groß, ihr solltet also sicherstellen, dass eine schnelle und stabile WLAN-Verbindung vorhanden ist, bevor das Update geladen wird.Wer das Update bisher noch nicht angeboten bekommen hat, der kann über das Einstellungsmenü des HTC One M7 manuell eine Prüfung vornemen: Einstellungen -> Info -> Software-Updates -> Prüfen

Das letzte große Update für das HTC One M7 erfolgte im August 2014, im Rahmen der damaligen Aktualisierung stellte HTC die Android Version 4.4.3 zur Verfügung, inklusive der Sicherheitsupdates aus Version 4.4.4.Wer sich Sorgen um den Lautlos-Modus macht, der kann aufatmen, denn HTC hat diesen in das Update von Android 5.0.2 integriert. Solltet ihr das Update bereits erhalten haben, so könnt ihr gerne eure ersten Erfahrungen mit der neuen Firmware in unseren Kommentaren hinterlassen.Einen exakten Termin hat LG zwar immer noch nicht verraten, aber immerhin wissen wir nun, dass das G Flex 2 Anfang März für rund 650 Euro auch hierzulande auf den Markt kommen wird. Das Smartphone lässt sich inzwischen bei diversen Shops vorbestellen, einen genauen Termin nennen aber auch diese nicht. Bei Media Markt konnte das LG G Flex 2 bereits seit mehreren Wochen vorbestellt werden, dort wird als Termin auch weiterhin der 19.03.2015 genannt. Man kann aber wohl anhand der Formulierung von LG davon ausgehen, dass das gebogene Smartphone bereits etwas früher im März zur Verfügung stehen wird.

Mit dem Microsoft Lumia 532 Dual-SIM erwartet uns noch in dieser Woche der Nachfolger des Nokia Lumia 530 Dual-SIM. Microsoft hat einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen, der Preis bleibt allerdings bei sehr geringen 99 Euro. So gibt es nun 8 GB anstelle von 4 GB Flashspeicher und auch der Hauptspeicher wurde von 512 MB auf 1 GB aufgewertet. Auch am Akku hat Microsoft geschraubt und verbaut nun ein austauschbares Modell mit 1.560 mAh anstelle von 1.430 mAh.Als Prozessor wird Qualcomms Snapdragon 200 als Quad-Core-Variante mit 1,2 GHz genutzt. Das kleine 4-Zoll Display löst mit 800 x 480 Pixel auf und kommt auf eine Pixeldichte von 233 ppi. Der Bildschirm unterstützt dabei das Glance Feature, wodurch wichtige Informationen bei sehr geringem Energieverbrauch auf dem Sperrbildschirm angezeigt werden können. Somit wird man auch ohne Entsperrung des Displays auf Wunsch über die Uhrzeit, Kalender Einträge, das Wetter und aktuelle Benachrichtigungen informiert.
