There are two common production processes for Pet Preforms:

The first type is the extrusion blowing process, that is, the PET raw material is added into the extruder, and the molten parison is extruded by heating and melt-molding, and then put into a bottle mold to be inflated and formed, cooled and shaped, taken out from the mold, and the waste side is removed. After getting the finished product. This process is mainly used to produce polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride PET bottles, such as milk bottles and soy sauce bottles.

The second is the injection-blowing process, in which the PET raw material is injection-molded into a tubular parison by an injection molding machine, and then placed in a Pet Preform Mould by stretch-blowing molding, and cooled to obtain a finished product. This process is mainly used to produce PET bottles, such as mineral water bottles.
